Gary Wayne Peil

Gary Wayne Peil, son of Forrest and Norma Peil, was born in 1953. He served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany, where he married the love of his life, April Renee Peil. They lived happily in San Diego, California, and had one son, Shannon Peil. They later moved to Boulder, Colorado, where they lived for the remainder of April and Gary’s lives. Gary and April had many happy years together and proved to be wonderful parents. Gary sadly lost his wife early and greatly missed her for his remaining years.
He will be remembered as a kind and quiet man, a voracious reader, and someone deftly skilled with his hands to maintain and repair any motor or appliance. He raced motorcycles in many events and boasted an impressive number of trophies and medals for his placements. He worked as a lifelong mechanic and was highly respected in his field.
Memorial services will be held at a later date by Greenwood and Myers Mortuary in Boulder, Colorado.
