Eve Pearlman is director of special projects for Boulder Reporting Lab. She is a longtime journalist with a deep commitment to community-building and public service journalism. In 2016, she co-founded Spaceship Media, a journalism organization focused on reducing polarization, strengthening communities and rebuilding trust in the media. Earlier in her career, Pearlman worked as a reporter, blogger, columnist and social media strategist. She was also part of two media startups: Patch, AOL’s effort to expand local news coverage, and State, a London-based social platform built around shared interests and viewpoints.
