A recent survey shows that more commuters into Boulder are choosing to drive instead of taking the bus compared to previous years. One reason is fewer workers have access to RTD’s EcoPass, one of the city’s most effective solutions to promote bus use. The city is now working on incentives to encourage more businesses to sign up for the program.
