Bob Yates served on the Boulder City Council from 2015 to 2023. A retired lawyer and former executive in a Fortune 500 company, Bob now serves on several local nonprofit boards, including Boulder Community Health, the Museum of Boulder, and All Roads (formerly the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless). He also serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of Colorado's Center for Leadership, where he leads the Boulder-CU student mentorship program. He is on the public policy committees for the Boulder Chamber and Downtown Boulder Partnership, and leads capital campaigns for the Boulder County Farmers Market and Wild Bear Nature Center.
